Clenda is a family business rooted in the land of Igoumenitsa. Kyriakos Gkikas — a second-generation farmer whose father Michalis first planted the orchards — decided, together with his wife, to take things one step further. Instead of selling his fruit in bulk, he turned it into soft drinks. The result is something quite different from anything you'd find on a supermarket shelf.
The first production run launched in February 2024. Since then, Clenda products have already made their way into delicatessen shops, restaurants, cafés, and selected retail points in Athens.
The Gkikas family estate lies near Kestrini — a traditional farming area in Thesprotia, south of Igoumenitsa, known for its fertile plains and favorable conditions for growing citrus fruit. The Mediterranean climate, riverside soils, and abundant water create ideal conditions for high-quality mandarins and oranges. Their roughly 100-stremma (10-hectare) groves yield fruit with an intense aroma, rich juice, and natural sweetness — and this raw material is the secret behind every Clenda bottle.
Each bottle contains approximately 60% natural orange or mandarin juice. Sweetness comes exclusively from concentrated grape juice — no added sugar of any kind. The result is a drink that sits far closer to a glass of freshly squeezed juice than to a typical carbonated soft drink.

Sugar-free mandarin marmalade (no preservatives)
