One of the highlights of our visit was the variety and quality of dishes we experienced.
We started with fresh and well-balanced salads such as the Caprese, with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and pesto, and the Rucola Parmigiano, combining rocket leaves, parmesan, and balsamic cream. A standout choice was also the Isabella salad, a more refined option with prosciutto, pear, caramelized walnuts, and gorgonzola.
For appetizers, the experience continued with authentic Italian flavors. The Burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes and basil was exceptional, while the Bruschette with fig jam and goat cheese offered a unique sweet and savory combination. The Arancini, crispy on the outside and rich on the inside, added a classic Italian touch.
