Neoma is a small, adults-only residence in the heart of Sivota — eight luxury studios built for two, designed around calm.
The pool faces the sea. The garden stays quiet. The nearest beach is four minutes away, the harbour five. What Neoma offers is not a resort experience but something closer to a private retreat — your own space, your own rhythm, with the bay of Sivota just below.

Studio 1 is on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden and pool terrace. At 27 m², it fits a king bed, a modern kitchen, and a generous bathroom — everything you need, nothing extra. The 5 m² balcony looks out over the garden toward the sea and Sivota harbour. Ideal for two adults.
