In most cases, yes. We offer delivery to points of interest around Igoumenitsa and the surrounding area, including many hotels and apartments. Tell us your address and arrival time and we'll arrange the most convenient drop-off. 

Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00, and we are closed on Sundays. However, ferry and flight times don't always fit office hours, so for arrivals outside this window we do our best to arrange pick-up and delivery to match your schedule. Let us know your timing in advance. 

It depends on where your licence was issued. Holders of licences from the EU/EEA, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and Gibraltar can drive on their national licence. Visitors from most other non-EU countries should carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their domestic licence. 

For all vehicle categories, the minimum age for the main driver and any additional drivers is 21 years old. 

Yes. Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement and must meet the same requirements as the main driver, presenting a valid driving licence and ID. Please let us know at booking so everyone is properly covered by the insurance.

Yes. As with all reputable car hire companies in Greece, a security deposit is held on the main driver's credit card at pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category; we'll confirm the exact figure when you book so there are no surprises. 

A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required for the rental and the deposit. For the full list of accepted cards and payment options, just contact our team — we keep the process simple and transparent. 

Fuel is paid by the renter on a full-to-full basis: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. For your convenience there is a petrol station within about 100 metres of our pick-up and drop-off point, so refuelling on return takes only a minute. 

Tolls on motorways such as the Egnatia Odos, and any traffic fines incurred during the rental, are the responsibility of the renter under the Greek Traffic Code. We always recommend keeping to local speed limits and parking rules to keep your trip stress-free.

Yes, automatic vehicles are available alongside manual ones. Automatics are popular with visitors who aren't used to manual gearboxes or who want a relaxed drive on the hills around Parga and Sivota. As automatics are in high demand in summer, we recommend reserving early.

Indicative drive times from Igoumenitsa are about 30 minutes to Sivota, 50 minutes to Parga, and around an hour to the Acheron Springs, while Plataria, Perdika and Drepano Beach are even closer. Yes, you can take your rental vehicle to Corfu by ferry. Please tell us during booking so we can confirm the specific terms and insurance cover for transporting the car to the island. 

Cross-border travel has specific insurance and paperwork requirements, so it is not automatically permitted. If you'd like to cross into Albania or elsewhere, contact us before booking and we'll let you know what's possible and what documentation is needed. 

Igoumenitsa is connected to the rest of Greece by the modern Egnatia Odos motorway. Ioannina is about an hour and fifteen minutes away, Thessaloniki roughly four hours, and Athens around five to six hours. The motorway makes long drives fast, safe and scenic. 

Yes. Our vehicles are well maintained and prepared for the varied roads of Epirus, from coastal routes to mountain villages like those in Zagori. For winter trips or high-altitude routes, let us know your plans and we'll recommend the most suitable car for the conditions. 

You can send us an online request or contact our local team directly, and you'll speak with the people who actually handle your booking — not a distant call centre. Booking ahead is strongly recommended in the busy summer months, especially for automatics, 4x4s and larger vehicles. 

Cancellations made more than one week before your arrival receive a full refund of any prepayment. For cancellations between 48 hours and one week before arrival, 50% of the prepayment is charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable. 

In the case of a no-show, the full rental cost is charged. For late arrivals, the date and time stated in your reservation are used for price calculations, and if you are more than four hours late we may release the reservation without being able to guarantee availability — so please keep us informed of any delays. 

Reservation changes involve re-checking prices, availability and the return station. Many changes can be accommodated, although some details (such as the main driver's name) may require a new booking. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help. 

Your safety is our priority. In the unlikely event of a technical issue you are fully covered: simply call our dedicated support team and our local mechanics or roadside-assistance partners will reach you promptly, wherever you are in Epirus.
