Looking for a reliable car rental in Igoumenitsa? Rent All Cars by Ntasios is a trusted, family-run car hire company based in Ladochori, just minutes from the Port of Igoumenitsa. Whether you arrive by ferry from Italy, cross over from Corfu, or simply want the freedom to explore the beaches of Thesprotia at your own pace, we deliver clean, fully insured vehicles and the kind of warm, direct local support that big international chains can't match.
Owned and managed by Ilias Ntasios, the company has built a strong reputation across Epirus for transparent pricing, spotless cars and genuine personal service. Travellers come back to us year after year for one simple reason: from the moment you step off the ferry until the moment you hand back the keys, everything just works — no hidden fees, no stress, no surprises.
From compact city cars and economical hatchbacks to spacious family vehicles, 4x4s, vans and even VIP Mercedes models, Rent All Cars helps you discover northwestern Greece comfortably and safely, always close to the ferry terminal and the main Egnatia Odos motorway.
Choosing the right rent-a-car in Igoumenitsa matters, especially if you're stepping off a ferry with luggage, kids and a tight schedule. Our fleet is modern and well maintained, and every car is prepared by our own professional workshop before it reaches you. Vehicles are delivered spotless and with a full tank, ready to drive away, and every category comes fully insured so you can travel across Epirus with complete peace of mind.
We offer free delivery to the Port of Igoumenitsa, as well as pick-up at Ioannina and Preveza airports, and we handle everything from a single-day rental to a long-term booking of several months. Above all, you talk directly to the local team handling your reservation — real human support, not a faceless call centre. As a licensed Suzuki agency and tyre and repair workshop operating since 1969, we know exactly what a safe, road-ready car looks like.
Rent All Cars by Ntasios isn't a seasonal pop-up office. The Ntasios name has been part of mobility in Thesprotia for over half a century. Founded by Lazaros Ntasios in 1969 as a pioneering tyre and car-maintenance business, the company grew steadily into a complete automotive group.
In 1995 it became the official, exclusive Suzuki representative for the region, adding a licensed repair garage and a genuine-parts service. Car rental was the natural next step, an extension of decades of hands-on expertise in keeping vehicles safe and ready for the road.
Today the company is ISO 9001 certified and a member of recognised Greek tourism and motor-trade associations. Through the Exclusive Insurance Brokers Group, Rent All Cars also acts as the exclusive insurance representative in Thesprotia, even for private vehicles. In other words, we're not just a rental desk — we're a complete mobility partner for your time in Epirus.
Whatever your trip looks like, we have a vehicle to match, and all of them are maintained to the same workshop standard. City cars and economy models such as the Suzuki Alto and Celerio are ideal for couples and budget-savvy travellers: easy to park and light on fuel. Compact and family cars like the Suzuki Swift are comfortable for longer drives and families with luggage. For mountain roads, the Zagori villages and off-road adventures, our SUVs and 4x4s, including the Suzuki Vitara and Jimny, are the perfect choice.
Travelling as a group? Our mini vans and vans, such as the Mercedes Vito and Sprinter, carry families, surfers and large parties with ease. And for weddings, baptisms or business, our VIP and limo options, like the Mercedes E-Class, let you arrive in style. We can even arrange motorhomes for travellers who want to roam freely.
Indicative prices start from around €35 to €40 per day for a small city car, with rates varying by season, vehicle category and rental length. Just ask us for a personalised quote and we'll find the best option for your dates.
Convenience is at the heart of what we do. Our most popular pick-up is the Port of Igoumenitsa, just minutes from our base in Ladochori, right by the Egnatia Odos exit. We also serve Ioannina Airport, roughly an hour and a quarter inland, and Aktion/Preveza Airport to the south, handy if you're flying into that part of the country.
Arriving on a late ferry or an early flight? Just tell us your schedule and our flexible local team will make sure your car is waiting when you need it.

Igoumenitsa is the closest Greek port to Italy, which makes it one of the busiest gateways into the country. If you're driving off, or hopping off as a foot passenger, picking up a car here is the smartest way to continue your holiday.
The port has two terminals, so it helps to know where you'll land. The International Terminal, on the southern pier, handles all Italy-bound ferries to and from Ancona, Bari, Brindisi and Venice, operated by lines such as Grimaldi, Anek Superfast, Minoan and Ventouris; it connects directly to the Egnatia Odos motorway. The Domestic Terminal, on the northern pier near the town centre, serves the frequent and quick crossings to and from Corfu and Paxi, with Corfu reachable in roughly an hour and ten minutes on a conventional ferry.
Wherever you arrive, our base in Ladochori is only a short hop away, and we'll happily deliver your car straight to the terminal so you can be on the road within minutes.
This is where a rental car truly pays off. Igoumenitsa sits at the heart of one of Greece's most beautiful and underrated regions, with turquoise Ionian beaches, mythological rivers, Venetian castles and dramatic mountains all within easy reach.
Drepano Beach (about 10 minutes). A long, sandy beach right on Igoumenitsa's doorstep, with shallow, calm water and beach bars — perfect for a quick swim the moment you pick up your car.
Plataria (about 15 minutes). A quiet, family-friendly seaside village on the way to Sivota, with a pretty harbour, tavernas serving fresh fish and shaded pebble coves. Ideal for a relaxed lunch by the water.
Sivota, or Syvota (about 30 minutes). One of the jewels of the Ionian coast, twenty-four kilometres south of Igoumenitsa and directly opposite Corfu. Sivota is famous for its dazzling beaches and islets. Bella Vraka has exotic, near-pink sand that you reach on foot by wading across a shallow strip of sea. The Blue Lagoon, locally called Pisina, is the most photographed spot in the area, with water so clear that boats seem to float; you can reach it by rented boat or day cruise. Mega Ammos is lively, with watersports and beach bars, while Mikri Ammos, Zavia and Zeri round out the choice. Hire a small boat from the harbour and explore the sea caves and tiny green islands for an unforgettable day.
Perdika (about 35 minutes). A traditional hill village above the coast, with the gorgeous Karavostasi beach below — a vast sweep of sand and crystal water that's perfect for families.
Parga (about 50 minutes). The postcard town of Epirus, forty-eight kilometres south of Igoumenitsa. Climb to the Venetian Castle for sweeping views, get lost in the flower-filled old town, and relax on legendary beaches such as Valtos, Kryoneri, Lichnos and Sarakiniko. From the harbour you can catch a boat to the islands of Paxos and Antipaxos.
Acheron River Springs and the Necromanteion (about an hour). Near the village of Glyki, the Springs of the River Acheron offer ice-cold crystal water, riverside walks, rafting and kayaking through a stunning gorge. In Greek mythology this was the river of the underworld, and nearby at Mesopotamos stands the ancient Necromanteion, the Oracle of the Dead.
Sagiada (about 20 minutes). A laid-back fishing village to the north, toward the Albanian border, beloved for its waterfront fish tavernas and famous mussels — a favourite of locals in the know.
Corfu, or Kerkyra (a ferry from the port). With your own car, a Corfu day trip is effortless: a quick ferry from the northern pier puts you on one of Greece's most beautiful islands in just over an hour.
Ioannina (about an hour and fifteen minutes). The vibrant capital of Epirus, reached easily via the Egnatia Odos motorway. Explore the lakeside castle and old town, take a boat to the island in Lake Pamvotida, and visit the spectacular Perama Cave.
Meteora (about two and a half hours). A longer but truly worthwhile excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage monasteries perched atop towering rock pillars — one of the most breathtaking sights in all of Greece.
A quick insider tip: many of these beaches and villages are poorly served by public transport, so a rental car turns a single beach holiday into a full tour of the Ionian coast and the Epirus mountains.
Every Rent All Cars vehicle comes fully insured, so you can drive throughout Igoumenitsa, Thesprotia and the wider Epirus region with total confidence. Because we're also a working Suzuki workshop and tyre specialist, our cars are mechanically checked and delivered genuinely ready for the road, not just cleaned and handed over.
And if anything unexpected happens during your trip, you're not alone: our local team and roadside-assistance partners are only a phone call away. This blend of rental, workshop and insurance expertise is exactly what makes us more than a car-hire office.
A few useful things to know before you hit the road from Igoumenitsa. EU and EEA licences are valid as they are, and since November 2021 valid national licences from the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and Gibraltar are also accepted without an International Driving Permit; most other non-EU visitors should carry an IDP alongside their national licence. Drivers and any additional drivers must be at least twenty-one years old for all vehicle categories, and you should bring a valid driving licence, a passport or ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name.
In Greece you drive on the right and overtake on the left. Cars are provided full-to-full, and there's a petrol station within about a hundred metres of our pick-up point for easy refuelling on return. The Egnatia Odos motorway connects Igoumenitsa eastward to Ioannina and Thessaloniki — fast, modern and scenic, with tolls along the way.
Visitors consistently highlight the reliability and peace of mind they experience with us. One guest who rented a car for two weeks described it as spotless and full of fuel, with no issues at all on the road, and was delighted that the team drove them back to the harbour on return. Another traveller recalled how Mr Ntasios and his mechanic came out to help on the beach at Drepano and wouldn't accept a single cent in return. Decades of word-of-mouth across Greece, Italy and beyond have made Rent All Cars one of the most recommended names for car hire in Igoumenitsa.
Everything you need to know about renting a car in Igoumenitsa, from port and airport pick-up to insurance, day trips across Epirus, and our booking policies. Yes. Alongside our Igoumenitsa base and the port, we serve Ioannina Airport (about an hour and fifteen minutes inland) and Aktion/Preveza Airport to the south. This makes it easy to combine a flight into Epirus with a coastal holiday around Igoumenitsa, Sivota and Parga.

In most cases, yes. We offer delivery to points of interest around Igoumenitsa and the surrounding area, including many hotels and apartments. Tell us your address and arrival time and we'll arrange the most convenient drop-off.
Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00, and we are closed on Sundays. However, ferry and flight times don't always fit office hours, so for arrivals outside this window we do our best to arrange pick-up and delivery to match your schedule. Let us know your timing in advance.
To rent a vehicle you'll need a full, valid driving licence, a passport or national ID card, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. EU and EEA licences are valid as they are.
It depends on where your licence was issued. Holders of licences from the EU/EEA, the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia and Gibraltar can drive on their national licence. Visitors from most other non-EU countries should carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their domestic licence.
For all vehicle categories, the minimum age for the main driver and any additional drivers is 21 years old.
Yes. Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement and must meet the same requirements as the main driver, presenting a valid driving licence and ID. Please let us know at booking so everyone is properly covered by the insurance.
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is fully insured according to our comprehensive rental terms, so you can explore Epirus — from the beaches of Sivota to the mountain roads of Zagori — with complete peace of mind. Additional protection packages can also be arranged.
Yes. As with all reputable car hire companies in Greece, a security deposit is held on the main driver's credit card at pick-up. The amount depends on the vehicle category; we'll confirm the exact figure when you book so there are no surprises.
A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required for the rental and the deposit. For the full list of accepted cards and payment options, just contact our team — we keep the process simple and transparent.
Fuel is paid by the renter on a full-to-full basis: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. For your convenience there is a petrol station within about 100 metres of our pick-up and drop-off point, so refuelling on return takes only a minute.
Tolls on motorways such as the Egnatia Odos, and any traffic fines incurred during the rental, are the responsibility of the renter under the Greek Traffic Code. We always recommend keeping to local speed limits and parking rules to keep your trip stress-free.
Our fleet is maintained by our own professional in-house workshop for maximum safety and reliability, and it covers every need: economical city cars for narrow coastal roads, comfortable family hatchbacks and SUVs with extra luggage space, rugged 4x4s for off-the-beaten-path trails, and vans, motorhomes and VIP Mercedes models for groups or luxury travel.
Yes, automatic vehicles are available alongside manual ones. Automatics are popular with visitors who aren't used to manual gearboxes or who want a relaxed drive on the hills around Parga and Sivota. As automatics are in high demand in summer, we recommend reserving early.
Yes. We can equip your rental with child and booster seats, navigation and other useful accessories, including options from our Suzuki accessories range. Mention what you need at booking and we'll have it fitted and ready when you collect the car.

Booking, Cancellation & Support
You can send us an online request or contact our local team directly, and you'll speak with the people who actually handle your booking — not a distant call centre. Booking ahead is strongly recommended in the busy summer months, especially for automatics, 4x4s and larger vehicles.
Cancellations made more than one week before your arrival receive a full refund of any prepayment. For cancellations between 48 hours and one week before arrival, 50% of the prepayment is charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival are non-refundable.
In the case of a no-show, the full rental cost is charged. For late arrivals, the date and time stated in your reservation are used for price calculations, and if you are more than four hours late we may release the reservation without being able to guarantee availability — so please keep us informed of any delays.
Reservation changes involve re-checking prices, availability and the return station. Many changes can be accommodated, although some details (such as the main driver's name) may require a new booking. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Your safety is our priority. In the unlikely event of a technical issue you are fully covered: simply call our dedicated support team and our local mechanics or roadside-assistance partners will reach you promptly, wherever you are in Epirus.
Yes, we offer maximum flexibility — from a short-term rental for a single day trip along the Ionian coast to a long-term rental for several weeks of summer holidays. Our rates are competitive, with special discounts for extended bookings.
Because we're local, family-run and have been part of mobility in Thesprotia since 1969. You get spotless, fully insured cars prepared by our own Suzuki workshop, free delivery to the port and airports, honest and transparent pricing, and real people who know the routes, the ferries and the region — and who are still there to help if you need anything during your stay.
